Service Packages

VBSSi provides two types of service packages geared to meet the needs of its clients.  Clients can choose either of the packages described below.

We also provide customized Business Solutions for our clients that would like to streamline their business functions and improve efficiency.  Please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a customized quote based on your unique needs.

On Demand Hourly Package:

This service is ideal for clients who require occasional help.

  • A minimum of 1 hour is required for project work.
  • Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Hourly clients are required to pay 50% of the estimated cost of their project before work begins and the balance upon completion of the project.
  • Costs are estimated based on the time and complexity of the project, derived from information received from the client.
  • All incidental costs related to the project such as stationery, postage, shipping, or other mailing charges, will be billed separately.
  • An additional fee may be incurred for "Rush" services.
  • Please note that the final cost is based on the actual time and costs incurred and may differ from original estimate.
  • A signed contract outlining the details of the project may be requested before work is to begin. 

Managed Services Retainer Packages:

Retainer packages are ideal for clients who require ongoing assistance and would like to pay for a certain amount of hours each month.  These packages are offered at a discounted rate. Packages are customized based on the amount of hours needed by a client per month.

  • Clients will be required to enter into a retainer agreement with VBSSi before work begins.
  • Retainer clients are billed in advance each month.
  • Excess hours are billed at the regular hourly rate.
  • Unused hours cannot be carried over into the following month.
  • Clients will be billed for any incidental costs, such as stationery, postage, shipping, or other mailing charges.
