Whether your business needs administrative and/or technical support, VBSSi will work with you to come up with a customized support solution for your unique needs.

Payment Policy

  • Payment for Retainer clients is due by the 1st of the month in order to complete work in the coming month.  Work will not commence for the month until payment is received.
  • Payment for Hourly clients is due by the 15th of the month.  There will be a 10% late charge for all payments received after the 15th.
  • Payment must clear through financial institution before work begins and prior to delivery of services.
  • There will be a $25 charge for returned checks due to insufficient funds.
  • For your convenience, we accept checks, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), money orders, and PayPal. 
  • Checks should be made payable to Virtual Business Support Services or VBSSi.
